As a person with modest taste, autumn is my favorite season. While my summer is all about flowing dresses and linen suits, the upcoming season brings me a lot more options. Because of the great variety, I find myself getting a little carried away in the past when it comes to reaching every trend I can. Over the years, I have harnessed the potential of my personal style and have taken a slightly more minimalist approach to planning my wardrobe. That’s not to say I won’t explore a few trends this season — there are certainly a few that are definitely on my radar. (Paste colors, lace details, and biker clothes, to name a few.) But to keep myself prepared for fall, I made myself a wardrobe checklist. It includes items that I will prioritize this season as a modest dresser.
