Dogs and cats can get along and even be best friends. If you don’t believe me, meet a Labrador named Camper and his feline friend, Leo.
The two are not only tolerant of each other, but also really enjoy playing together.
One of their favorite activities involves a box and a chain. It all started about a year ago when Camper got jealous of Leo riding a box on top of a vacuum.
Camper wanted to join the fun so their humans, Kevin and Tricia, attached chains to a cardboard box. As soon as Leo entered the box, Camper picked up the leash and ran around the house.
Both seem to be having fun.
In true feline fashion, Leo decides when they’ll play, and that’s always on his terms – but Camper doesn’t mind. However, sometimes the energetic puppy will try to encourage his feline friend to play by nudging him, but it never works.
Camper may be Leo’s personal chauffeur, but Leo endures the bumpy rides his friends often take him on.
Their parents came up with a wonderful Christmas present. They bought a wooden sled for Leo to sit on and attached a rope to the handle so Camper could pull it in the snow.
Climb into his place and Camper jumps for joy as he grabs the rope and takes off to run through the fine snow. It’s impossible not to smile when looking at the two friends playing together.
Video shared Dodo’s has been viewed by more than 400 thousand people. The warm moment made their day, and many commented on how sweet the furry friends are to each other.

Camper now has another feline brother named Jack, who is doing everything his brother Leo does, including riding around in boxes. It’s not easy being the eldest of two cats, but Camper loves his job and is happy to have more opportunities to play.
