Tracy and her husband, Scott, loaded dogs from murderous overcrowded shelters into a 32-foot trailer and took them to other states to find them forever. They have partnered with PetSmart to serve as a meeting place for dogs and their new owners.

As you can imagine, the moment owners see their new dogs for the first time is beautiful and emotional. Everyone gathered around the trailer when the door opened, and tears started to flow. Welcome to your new life, baby mice!
