“Yo, that’s Raven-Symoné,” the text contained in the clip is read. “It’s pronounced See-mon-ye.”
Using the spreading sound of Jennifer Tilly In chucky continued, “Shut up, it’s not,” Raven then utters the words, “Yes, that’s right.”
This revelation has shocked many fans, who have mispronounced her name all these years.
“Damn Raven Suh-Moan stuck his tongue out,” one person commented. “I need to hear it out loud to keep it in my head.” Another added, “My whole life is a lie.” The third echo, “Whatttt, I’m sorry for being wrong all the time.”
Though, Raven seemed to understand the confusion. “I’m only right in French-speaking countries,” the 37-year-old actress explained in the comments section. “The ‘American’ way is easier, I don’t have to worry about fixing people all the time [time].”
