US charity Thoroughbred announced today that its 32nd Annual Stallion Season Auction is now underway. This is the largest annual fundraiser for the nonprofit.
Bidding for over 200 stallions from 16 states began today on Starquine.com and will continue through Friday, January 7 with an amazing closing time starting at 4:30 p.m. EST. Parts available in the online auction include Can be heard , Basin , Candy Ride , McKinzie , More than ready , Sightstown , and Steam . Full list of seasons available here.
Most seasons will be sold in the online auction, however 10 selected seasons will be sold at ‘Celebrating Tis the Seasons’ on Sunday, January 9 at 5:30pm at the Grand Reserve in Lexington, Kentucky. Selected portions will include a recent unsecured donation to the Not this time as well as the seasons to Bolt d’Oro , Quack , City of light , Organization , Map of Liam , Maxfield (with varieties 2023 and back), Nyquist (with varieties 2023 and back), Quality Sugar , and Yaupon (with 2023 varieties back). Bidders or their authorized dealers can bid on selected seasons by attending the event in person, or they can email [email protected] to register to bid online. Non-seasonal items including John Deere Gator, Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm accommodation in Xalapa “treehouse”, wall boxes and fabric cords from Charlie Whittingham’s barn, etc. will also be available during live auction.
