TAG Heuer launches a special edition, gold-cased Carrera chronograph with a dial design for the first time repeating the famous Heuer reference 1158 CHN. Collectors can also follow John Player Special’s two-tone palette of paints from Formula 1 in the 1970s and 1980s.

The new one TAG Heuer Carrera chronograph watch features a 42mm yellow gold case with matching gold pushers and crown. Its striking black sun-rayed dial combines nicely with striking gold-plated dial details.
The most impressive of these elements are the two gold-plated chronograph sub-dials at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock. TAG Heuer also plated the hands and hour markers in matching yellow gold to enhance the classic luxury element of the entire piece.
Through the transparent sapphire back, TAG Heuer can see its own Caliber Heuer 02, decorated with a custom black oscillating block. With its vertical clutch and column wheel, the movement offers an impressive 80-hour power reserve. Finally, TAG Heuer combines the gold watch with a black alligator strap with a gold pin buckle.
