Goblin Tactics can be directed to current platforms, if a accidental leak on the PlayStation Network store is believable. Fake PSN shop page for an unannounced game named Tactics Ogre: Reborn went live, apparently by accident. Although the product information is from Square Enix and lists the game as “published” for an unspecified release window, the description is still listed as “fake”, indicating that the site may was accidentally published by the administrator of the PlayStation Store.
As of 9:45 p.m. ET on June 13, 2022, Tactics Ogre: Reborn the store page still exists at this link. Here’s the embedded screenshot, in case it gets taken down.
So far, no background information has appeared on the store page, but if legit, Tactics Ogre: Reborn may appear on PS4 and PS5. Will the game appear on additional platforms, like Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions did, not confirmed. Square Enix registered trademark Because Tactics Ogre: Reborn in April 2022.
