St.Jude Championship 2022: Live stream, watch online, TV schedule, channels, tee times, radio, golf coverage

The FedEx Cup Playoffs have finally arrived and the players have traveled to TPC Southwind for the St. Jude, will take place on Thursday. After round 2, JJ Spaun maintained a slight advantage when leading Sepp Straka by one game. Still, the leaderboard still features more than two dozen golfers within five strokes of the top spot. However, world No 1 Scottie Scheffler missed the cut and could see his ranking change because of it.

The venue for the World Golf Championship in recent years and a regular PGA Tour event before that, it has since been added to the post-season schedule as it welcomes 121 players to the course.

Daniel Berger, Lanto Griffin and Nate Lashley are still recovering from injuries. As a result, they will be absent from the post-season game, as will Tommy Fleetwood, who is spending time with his family. While their names aren’t on the field, world’s best Scottie Scheffler started the knockout round at the top of the FedEx Cup standings thanks to his harsh springtime.

1,221 points ahead of closest pursuer, world No 1 Cameron Smith has separated himself from the group thanks to a Masters win and three other regular season titles. Despite the substantial returns, only one tournament could see anyone in the top 15 claim the top spot. For example, the winner of the St.Jude championship will receive 2,000 FedEx Cup points, up from the standard 500 in the regular season.

While the top names in the game will jostle for a spot ahead of the Tour Championship, number 125 Rickie Fowler is only hoping to make it through next week. With the field shrinking to 70 players for the BMW Championship, those outside the cut-off point need some magic to continue their season.
