Seth Rollins was attacked by fans on ‘WWE Raw’

An audience member attending Monday’s episode of “WWE Raw” in Brooklyn, NY, jumped over a railing and knocked Seth Rollins to the ground.

The incident occurred while Rollins was leaving the arena at Barclays Center; he just defeated Finn Balor in a one-on-one match – before the match officially started – in the following episode of Survivor Series. As he neared the exit, fans pulled him from the right and brought him to the ground. When it became clear the attack wasn’t part of the show, the American Network cameras turned their backs on the brawl.

The audience was quickly restrained by security and on-site officials before being escorted out of the building. Reports also indicate that Michael Hayes has appeared from behind the scenes.

As American Network cameras filmed the incident, much of the footage of the incident came from fans in the stands. One such videos shows Rollins playing in front of the camera before he finally exits from behind. The crowd, apparently booed Rollins as he left the stage – before he was executed – chanting in the stands when he was escorted out of the arena.

ESPN later reported the man, listed as age 24, had been arrested and charges were pending.
