See what the cloud looks like when racing in Chocobo GP
Ahead of launch, Square Enix confirms Cloud will race in Chocobo GP. People can earn him through Part 1 Pass. Now there are more details about his special ability, as the company has shared a short trailer showing him in the game.
Cloud rides Fenrir, one of the FFVII in the game. He will also use his Buster Sword. This will actually be used in Spinning Slash. When people race, they can activate this special ability. This gives them a chance to speed up and potentially attack.
This is a new video. It begins by showing him racing as usual. He then uses Spinning Slash to attack some people around him. The video ends with him winning the race. His winning stance is him standing on a bicycle seat while swinging the Buster Sword.

Use your Spinning Slash skill to swing the Buster Sword to deal damage in the area when approaching other riders. You can also use it to defend against all attacks, but his speed decreases on defense. pic.twitter.com/VL307c09Nt

Again, this isn’t the first time Cloud has appeared in a Chocobo Racing game. He appeared in the 1999 PlayStation game as a secret character. In that part, he appeared on his Hardy-Daytona motorcycle. To earn him, everyone will need to beat the campaign five times, then hold a button when choosing FFVIIIby Squall.
Chocobo GP will arrive on Nintendo Switch worldwide on March 10, 2022. Also available for free Chocobo GP’ game for Android and Apple iOS devices.
