Schedule, date, location, televised information of LIV Golf 2023 as the tournament expands from 8 to 14 events in the second season

LIV Golf has announced a schedule for the 2023 season with 14 events to be held between February and November. While the inaugural campaign featured just eight events, LIV Golf’s second season will almost double. tournament numbers as it moves to exotic new locations like Mexico, Australia and Singapore.

Not only will some locations be different from the first season, but so will the golf courses and timing of some of the courses on the schedule. LIV Golf will kick off in Mexico at the end of February at El Camaleon Golf Club in Mayakoba. A long-running course for the PGA Tour, Greg Norman’s design will instead introduce LIV Golf players in 2023.

A busy spring season will see LIV members compete six times between mid-March and late May and possibly eight times for those who qualify for the 2023 Masters and the 2023 PGA Championship. An extensive travel schedule will see competitors compete for consecutive weeks in Australia and Singapore before returning to the United States.

From there, the schedule unfolds a bit with only one tournament scheduled in June and another in July when the major championship season comes to an end. Instead of repeating the team championship at Trump National Doral, LIV decided to win his international team championship at the Royal Greens & Country Club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The site of Brooks Koepka’s victory in 2022, it will instead be used to decide the team championship in early November 2023.

The schedule isn’t the only aspect of LIV Golf undergoing a change as broadcast and streaming options have changed. Streamed on YouTube, Facebook and its official website in 2022, LIV Golf recently agreed to terms with The CW Network in the next three years. Vewers can now watch the first round of LIV Golf tournaments on The CW app on Friday and the final two days of competition on The CW Network.
