RON97 petrol price updated for the 4th week of April 2023 – premium petrol price unchanged, at RM3.35/liter
It’s Wednesday again, which means it’s time for a weekly fuel price update in Malaysia. The Ministry of Finance has just announced the retail price of gasoline across the country for the week from April 20-26, 2023.
However, again, the price of RON 97 petrol will not change next week, so it continues to be sold at RM3.35 per liter, the same as last weekitself has not changed since the end of last year.
RON 95 gasoline price continues to stay the same ceiling price RM2.05 per literregulated by the Malaysian government in February 2021. The status quo also applies to diesel fuel, with Euro 5 blend B10 and B20 remaining at RM2.15/litre and B7 blend as standard Euro 5 is 20 sen higher at RM2.35/litre.
These rates will be in effect from midnight today until Wednesday, April 26, 2023, when the next fuel price update will be announced. This is the 16th edition of weekly fuel price format for this year and the 223rd since the format was introduced in early 2019.
