Review of Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule 2022

As a Performance Editor, the first thought that popped into my head was: “Where will this Lamborghini sit on the CarExpert Leaderboard? ”

The Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule certainly one of those that will directly rise to the top, but alas, this time a tracking test failed.

Maybe the bosses at Lamborghini watched too many YouTube videos from my focus days…

With an engine extracted straight from the distinctive Huracan Performante, all-wheel drive, I truly believe it has the potential to take down a more powerful but rear-wheel drive vehicle. Porsche 911 GT2 RS above CarExpert test track.

Although Porsche tops the Performante table at the Nurburgring, the stop-start nature of the Queensland Circuit relies on AWD traction and the naturally aspirated V10 still has enough torque to push the Lamborghini out of every corner.

So, within the bounds of Brisbane’s traffic rules and restrictions, I would try to extrapolate the purely performance characteristics of and sound – Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule.

How much does Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule cost?

Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule Will Take You Back $498,665 before on-road costsor about $39,000 more than Standard Huracan Evo.

This particular example is equipped with a decent number of options that raise the price to a rather expensive $72,810.

Items like the transparent engine cover, carbon-ceramic brakes, forged composites package, and sport seats are must-haves in our book, but paying $6480 for Apple CarPlay seems a bit… high.

How does the inside of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule look like?

The experience when you step into the cockpit of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule is something special.

Your attention is drawn to futuristic fighter-inspired styling as you slide into the supportive yet incredibly comfortable carbon seats.

The flat-bottomed Alcantara steering wheel puts almost everything at your fingertips, from indicator lights to lights and driving mode controls.

The paddle shifters are insignificant, but necessary because they remain stationary and accessible as you turn the wheel.

What’s under the bonnet?

Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule’s 5.2 liter V10 straight out of Performante before update, export 470kW (8000 rpm) and an impressive 600Nm (6500 rpm).

Lamborghini quotes only 0-100 times 2.9 secondsconsistent with Performante’s claims.

The drivetrain and versatility of this engine are what impressed me the most. It has the ability to navigate traffic with ease and endure the mundane, then with a single click it comes to life, responding and reacting to your every command.

I even have to mention the sound – few noises can bring a smile to your face as easily as this engine.

How does the Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule drive?

This is a Lamborghini that magically combines exceptional performance with everyday usability.

But is that what you want in a Lamborghini? I’m almost shocked with the ease with which you can negotiate everyday life with such a brutally fast car.

The difference in driving modes, especially between the Strada and Corsa, is as huge as I’ve experienced on any car. For an all-wheel-drive vehicle, mid-angle rotation is superb and is aided by Lamborghini’s Integrated Dynamics (LDVI), which adjusts in response to human input. drive and the selected driving mode.

Steering is as sharp and precise as you’d expect, but somehow the lack of that last bit of feedback really makes it special.

Braking performance is linear and connected, with the chassis providing a stable platform when you’re on the pedals.

Shifting gears is insane, and switching it to Corsa mode takes them to another level once again. Mounted with a slightly overloaded differential equalizer, sensor overload on a narrow track is quite different.

Interestingly, for me, the Magneto-rheological suspension doesn’t offer the same level of overall grip as the Performante. However, with the added versatility of ride quality, that will be a welcome differentiator for many buyers.

Pirelli P Zero tires adorn the 20-inch rims front and rear, dealing with immense punishment every time you squeeze the accelerator.

You get what?

The Huracan Fluo Capsule is all about brightness and breathes new life into the Huracan range.

While Huracan Tecnica taking over next year, the Fluo Capsule is the Italian brand’s way to choose what they believe are the best two-color specs for your Evo to give it maximum presence on the road.

This particular vehicle is configured in Verde Shock (green); however, other options include Arancio Livrea (orange), Celeste Fedra (blue), Arancio Dac (orange) and Giallo Clarus (yellow), all of which incorporate a matte black roof, front bumper and side skirts.

The addition of color along the other black wing mirrors, and vertical color lines on the rear splitter, really helps set the car apart.

On the inside, Lamborghini gives you the option of new sports seats, upholstered in Alcantara or single-color leather with ‘EVO Sportivo’ trim.

Other notable and very Lamborghini features include the Start/Stop button and the Lamborghini shield embroidered on the headrests, which are the same color as the car’s exterior.

How much does a Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule cost to run?

Unlike Ferrari, Lamborghini does not offer seven years of free maintenance for its cars.

Huracan is similar to Audi r8 and go through one cycle of service A and B and prices range from about $1500 to $4500 depending on the work done.

Is Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule safe?

There is no meaningful crash test data from the Huracan platform.

However, since it is based on the Audi R8 and Audi is renowned for creating safe and well-designed architectures, we doubt that the Lambo will prove itself safe if required.

It’s worth noting, however, that the Huracan misses out on many assistive features like automatic emergency braking or lane-keeping assist. However, this is very similar to its rivals at Maranello and Woking.

CarExpert’s Take on Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule

The Lamborghini Huracan Evo Fluo Capsule is exceptionally fast and engaging, yet somehow still one of the most user-friendly supercars on the road today.

The style, robustness of the interior and the theater of the naturally aspirated V10 make it truly unique, especially in today’s automotive landscape.

While track performance is still a mystery to me, the Huracan’s on-road characteristics will ensure that it’s going to be a compelling story in any battle with any Porsche I have. can think.

There is no guarantee that Porsche will keep its place on the rankings…
