Rethinking the cost of care for the disabled, charity says before the debate

Baroness Jane Campbell, who has campaigned for years to reform the way adults with disabilities are charged for their care, said the proposals meant young people with disabilities, who have little or no the opportunity to save money, will be protected less than people without disabilities, who may not need social care until later in life.
