Advanced sports car racing teased its new top-of-the-line closed cockpit tracking vehicle, codenamed 25 . projectbefore going into production in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Deliveries to customers are also expected by the end of 2023 and only 25 units will be produced to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary.
Exterior images reveal the bulging fenders, rear spoiler and massive diffuser expected of a Radical race car.
Take a closer look and you can spot a prominent front splitter, while an interior trailer shows carbon fiber door trim and the number ’25’ embossed on the headrests.
The track-only model will be powered by a twin-turbo V6 engine, with an expected output of 634 kW and will feature the company’s lightweight spaceframe chassis.
Since the Radical is known for using a Ford-sourced powertrain, the Project 25’s engine could therefore be an improved version of the Blue Oval’s 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 like it in the RXC GT3.
In that model, the EcoBoost was tuned to deliver 373 kW – it couldn’t deliver any more without violating Balance of Performance regulations.
Radical has not released full specifications for Project 25, but says those will be released in early 2023.

Based in the UK, Radical Motorsport currently sells vehicles in 21 countries through 33 dealers.
It was founded in 1997 by engineers Mick Hyde and Phil Abbott, and has sold more than 2000 race cars since.
