Prosecutors are asking the US Supreme Court to reinstate Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction.

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele called the court’s decision “an impossible rule,” according to AP News.

Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt released a statement about the request.
