Prosecutors will issue their dismissal in the case of the three men charged with murder and other charges related to the murder of Ahmaud Arbery in Glynn County, Ga., in February 2020. The case will then be brought to a quasi-white jury to begin deliberations. .
On Monday, prosecutors and defense attorneys made closing arguments. Prosecutors said they would need two more hours to issue a dismissal.
Travis McMichael, his father, Greg and William ‘Roddie’ Bryan have all been charged with the murder of Arbery. Arbery, 25, was jogging through a neighborhood when three men began chasing him in a pickup truck. Travis McMichael shot and killed Arbery.
