PlayStation classics are coming, presumably for PS Plus Premium

Curious minds really want to know each of the legacy PlayStation games that will be included in the upcoming PlayStation Plus Premium bundle. At $120 per year, it’s the most expensive of the three subscriptions, but sometimes the nostalgia gets better for us. Today, there is evidence that PS1 classics Mr. Driller and Tekken 2 – and PlayStation Portable’s Ridge Racer 2 – will be playable with a PlayStation Plus Premium membership.
As shared by Reddit user the_andshrew on the r/GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, the PlayStation Network backend has references (in this case, title and concept IDs) pointing to Mr. Driller, Tekken 2and Ridge Racers 2 – it’s Japanese name.

After the original post, Worms World Party and Worms Armageddon was also detected. All five sound pretty reliable as a PS Plus Premium selection. It’s not much, but it’s a start! To be Also looking forward to a lot of Syphon filter game, based on recent ratings in Korea.
When will we hear more?
We should have a better idea of what to expect from the PS1, PS2, PS3 and PSP catalog in the coming weeks. Sony will roll out the PS Plus enhancement plan in Asia first, starting on May 23, followed by Japan on June 1, the Americas on June 13, and Europe on June 22. .
I can’t wait to see how the PlayStation classic ends “globally” – are some games over-locked in certain regions? I hope not! Until Sony releases the full game list, I expect to see more ancillary clues pop up like the ones above.
What are the must-have classics on your PlayStation? What will you really spend your time on in 2022? Have great number of to get from these platforms. And come to think of it, it’s been too long since I’ve touched my PSP; I never got a replacement battery after it swells.
I hope third party companies play ball in a big way. If Capcom didn’t make a classic Resident Evil collection on PS4 and PS5, well, maybe this is the way right now.
