People’s Choice Award shortlisted images for Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2022 revealed

Online voting will be open from now until 14:00 pm (GMT) on Thursday, February 2, 2023.

The public is invited to have their say and Vote for their favorite picture to win the People’s Choice Award for Wildlife Photographer of the Year, organized by the Natural History Museum, London. From a pair of red foxes kissing intimately, to a polar bear cub basking in a sea of ​​flowers, 25 incredible images have been shortlisted that highlight important stories about nature across the globe. around the world.

The photographs were selected from 38,575 entries across 93 countries and include Nicholas More’s signature pregnant pygmy seahorse portrait and Michał Michlewicz’s story revealing the impact of domesticated cats on local wildlife direction.

For the first time, the public can vote for their favorite photo using the interactive displays located inside the newly designed Wildlife Photographer of the Year flagship exhibition at the Museum. Natural History Museum.

Voting ends on February 2, 2023. The top five images will be displayed online, along with the fifty-eighth contest winners announced earlier this year and selected by an esteemed jury.
