NFL playoff cliching scenarios for Cardinals, Buccaneers, Packers for Week 14

For the first time of the 2021 NFL season, there are knockout scenarios for several teams.

Nothing is locked in the NFL’s playoff picture so far, but that could change quickly in Week 14. The Buccaneers, Cardinals and Packers are all positioned to potentially seal their post-season tickets. – if everything goes well for them. Most every team will need a win (or draw) to ensure that they’ll be able to play through Week 18, but the Cardinals have a few convoluted situations in which they can progress to the post-loss phase.

The Cardinals have a lot going for them in attack when they play the Rams, but no matter what, they won’t be able to win a championship. They will have a three-game lead and a tiebreak against the Rams with four games to play, but they still have to wait until Week 15 to officially end NFC West. And if they lose, it will still be open.

Although they have a lower rank than the Cardinals entering Week 14, both Packers and Secreters have title split situations across the board during Week 14. If they can get one in those situations – from fairly simple to extremely complex – to unfold, the Packers and Bucs will each be seeded 4 and will only fight for 1st seed and round 1 bye. the rest of the NFL season.

On the AFC side, there aren’t any concrete circumstances yet and it could take a while to sort through the wreckage on that side of the frame. There are still 12 teams with .500 or higher records in the AFC going into Week 14, so until someone splits from behind, clinching scenarios will be few and far between.

The Arizona Cardinals (February 10)

Arizona clinches playoff station with:

1. Cardinals win or draw OR
2. Vikings lose or draw AND lose 49ers OR
3. Vikings lose or draw AND Saints lose or draw AND Panthers lose or draw OR
4. 49ers loss AND loss or draw and draw AND Falcons / Panthers

Green Bay Packers (9-3)

The rest of the game: vs. Bears, at Ravens, vs. Browns, vs. Vikings, at Lions

Green Bay NFC North part title with:

1. Packer wins AND Vikings lose or tie OR
2. The packer draws AND the “loss”

Green Bay playoff station with:

1. Packers win AND Saints lose or draw AND 49ers lose OR
2. Packers win AND Saints lose or draw AND lose to Rams AND draw 49ers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-3)

The rest of the game: vs. Bills, vs. Saints, at Panthers, at Jets, vs. Panthers
