NBC’s Cris Collinsworth Praises Aaron Rodgers for ‘Honesty About Everything’ in 2021
Broadcasters have plenty of time to fill up during NFL games, and it often leads to some bizarre commentary. Cris Collinsworth has provided viewers “Sunday Night Football” with the latest information.
On the NBC broadcast, Collinsworth praised Rodgers, saying he was honest in 2021 and saying he “didn’t care” about the criticism.
“Have you seen a guy, and especially this year, let’s be more honest about everything,” Collinsworth said. “You might not agree with everything he said, but we’ve heard since the start of this season exactly what he thinks about things.”

Rodgers was sacked in 2021 for the exact opposite reason for which Collinsworth lauded him. Earlier this year, Rodgers said he was “immunized” against COVID-19, only later to discover that he had not been vaccinated.
He later admitted that some may have felt his comment “was misleading” and said “to anyone who feels misled by those comments, I take full responsibility for those comments.”
Rodgers later defended his stance against the use of the COVID-19 vaccine by voicing some of the debunked theories about the vaccine on “The Pat McAfee Show”, putting him at the center of the show. a polarizing theme on the national stage.
This isn’t the first – nor will it be the last – Rodgers’ film has been referenced by a broadcaster. Earlier this season on “Thursday Night Football” Joe Buck poked fun at Rodgers’ COVID Toe, which is a swollen toe caused by a coronavirus infection.
