Munro MK_1 is Scotland’s answer to electric pickups

In a statement, Munro CEO and co-founder Russell Peterson said: “From £49,995 Ex VAT with deliveries starting later this year, we have received over 200 orders for Pick-Up MK_1, three of which came from the FTSE 100 companies and ten from the FTSE 250 companies.

“With a full two-year order book for both the MK_1 Pickup and the MK_1 Truck, Munro is accelerating the search for a larger facility to meet customer demand.”

Initially, Munro started production in small quantities this year, but it plans to move production to a new facility near the Scottish city of Glasgow in 2024. When that happens, the company hopes to increase production.
