Jaime Munguia made his super-middleweight debut Saturday night when he pitted Jimmy Kelly in a scheduled 12th round match broadcast live from the DAZN streaming service.
26-2-1 Kelly came in after a high defense in the first while 39-1 Munguia maintained range before attempting to move in. Kelly landed well into the mix in the first minute of the second. The British continue to play throughout the chapter.
Munguia continued to pursue Kelly in season three. Kelly, however, was able to land well. Kelly actually appeared in control in the fourth. Each warrior still looks sharp in the fifth battle. Munguia, however was able to release Kelly.
Kelly stood up bravely but with just over a minute left, he looked awful. Munguia put him down a second time, but Kelly got up again. The third knock, scored seconds later, brought the referee to a halt.
