Memorial Day weekend forecast and more information about the Western Washington Wildfires
This weekend will be mixed west of the Cascade Crest but warm in eastern Washington.
High temperatures predicted for the next few days are shown below. Today (Saturday) the West is cool, the mountains are cold and the Columbia basin is pleasant.
Sunday said the west cooled, while eastern Washington warmed significantly.
Monday is the best day. Good on the western lowlands, warm enough to hike in the Cascades, and perfectly warm in eastern Washington.
I talk in some detail about the forecast in my podcast (see below) and discuss spurious predictions about increased wildfire threats in Western Washington this summer.
