We’re launching today with a full inventory of traps, guards, weapons, Guardians, etc. already included for Builders and Raiders to explore and master. This is a game that is driven by user-generated content and so for us the next step is to make sure our players are taken care of with a steady stream of new content to stay relevant. abilities, personalization and creativity to their fullest potential.

There’s a lot to look forward to, so today let’s celebrate with some tips and tricks along with everything we’ll be adding to the Meet Your Maker world in the first three months after launch.

Tips & tricks

We hope you have a blast building incredible Outposts and raiding other Builders’ crazy creations. To wrap things up, we wanted to share some quick tips for both roles to get you started whether you’re playing solo or with a friend.

Builder:

  • Build step by step: Use a 3-step approach – build a basic structure, add traps and guards, then decorate.
  • Second wave: The raiders still had to escape once they had obtained the Genmat. Make getting out as difficult as getting in.
  • forecast: Think like a Raider when you set traps. How can you attract, swarm and fool them while using their reactions to your advantage?
  • Test: Check out your own Outpost as a Raid. That’s the best way to know what works and what doesn’t.

Assault:

  • Hardware: Stock up on useful items like speed boosts, deployable shields, and even respawn beacons.
  • grappling hook: This is your best friend. Owner it. It gives you incredible mobility for both attack and escape.
  • Danger signs: When a trap is tripped, you will receive both visual and audio signals before it deploys. Train yourself to react quickly.
  • Second wave: Some traps and sentries only activate after you get the Genmat. Trust nothing on your way out.

Three-month content roadmap

Keeping things fresh, always changing, and always surprising is our mission when adding content to Meet Your Maker.

We also want to make it easy for all players to access all this content and so a lot of what you will see below is either free or unlockable just by playing the game and earning money. in the game.

Hellscape Deco Pack – free/instant access (April 18)

Coming a few weeks after this launch Deco package will is free and instantly accessible to all players. The decoration packs in Meet Your Maker are essentially themed building materials that add a whole new aesthetic to the game. Hellscape combines organics and industrial materials to create eerie, vibrating and disturbing Outposts all around, that feel alive in the worst possible ways.

New mods and add-ons – free/unlockable by playtime (reducing regularly)

In the first few months, we will also reduce much adds new Mods and Augments to existing traps and sentries that players can unlock with in-game currency. If Decorating Packs are all about style, Mods and Boosts are both geared towards being more effective killers. Builders have new ways to influence traps and guards for more control over their setups and combinations. Suddenly, Raid gamers were faced with new challenges to overcome just when they thought they had figured it all out.

“There are a lot of Holy Lands out there, so we envisioned how their inhabitants might have lived, how they would have adapted to their environment, and how their morality, or lack of morality, might have been. could lead them to a different path. Dreadshore will take us beyond the sandy dump to a very different location.
