MATCH PREFERENCE
Manchester City, runners-up of last season’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) hope to learn from past mistakes when they face Real Madrid in the UCL semi-final on Tuesday.
Pep Guardiola’s side have already established their dominance against a Spanish side in the quarter-final elimination of Atletico Madrid and will be hoping for a similar result in their 2019-20 UCL round of 16 replay against Real Madrid. .
Guardiola has made history by reaching nine Champions League semi-finals and will go on to chase his first UCL title with Cityzens.

On the other hand, Real Madrid were eliminated last year at this very stage of the tournament and will play their first final in three years. Last time, the rock in its boot was also British opponent Chelsea, an opponent it defeated in the previous round.
