Follow Daily Star: “Floyd Mayweather made so much from his fight with Logan Paul he could buy Jeff Bezos’ jet.” Paul, who fought Mayweather last year in what can only be considered a novelty match, replied on social media on Sunday: “Yeah, because the dirty little rat hasn’t paid me yet lol. It’s been six months.” And a happy new year to you, sir. “But don’t worry @Floydmayweather,” added Paul. “ @KSI and i will return the money you stole from me and more. January 4”
Pauls’ post is frankly not surprising. GIVEMESPORT reported Friday that “despite bringing in a reported million PPV purchases and generating over $50 million in revenue, 26-year-old Paul has taken to social media to say he has yet to get your share.” This included posting an unflattering photo of Mayweather on Instagram with a grammatically odd message attached: “Give me my money, uf —– g is a human ferret.”
The social media star suggested that boxer Paul met future Hall of Famer Mayweather last June during an eight-round show, mostly getting attention because it was such a huge success and the fact that Paul had reached the final bell while still on his feet. Since that time, Mayweather has vowed to participate in more expositions while Paul focuses his sights on the old social network and ring rival KS1 for the third bout.
