Limit sales of elevator tickets of Vail Resorts; buy your Epic Pass by December 4

Ski season has begun at Vail Resorts in Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado; Park City, Utah; and others, and the last day to buy Overcoming epic is December 4th.

As it did in the 2020-2021 seasonVail Resorts will limit daily lift tickets across 37 North American resorts, to “prioritize the mountain experience” for pass holders, the company said in a Nov.

As a result, some resorts are already at full capacity selling elevator tickets on certain days.

Some resorts have sold out of which the cable car tickets are no longer available for purchase online or at ticketing windows.

Here’s what we know about how this ski season will play out on the Vail Resorts network.

Elevator ticket sales are once again limited

Instead of overpaying by purchasing individual lift tickets at popular resorts like Vail, Park City, and Breckenridge, consider buying a ski pass of some kind — even one with the best number of days. determined.

Another reason to consider buying tickets is that Vail Resorts is once again limited to individual lift tickets, which have and will continue to sell out. Last year, Vail Resorts limited lift tickets to three public holidays. This year, however, the company says that all cards, including the Epic Day Pass, will not be restricted after any holidays related to the type of card purchased.

The availability of lift tickets will be displayed on the resort’s websites; If tickets are sold out, you also cannot buy at the walking ticket windows.

“If you know you’ll be skiing and horseback riding this season, even just a few days away, don’t wait to buy lift tickets,” said Ryan Bennett, marketing manager at Vail Resorts. “We have a wide selection of cards so everyone can benefit from the value and flexibility our cards offer. Whether you’re going to slide one day or every day, by buying now, you’ll avoid paying for a full-priced lift ticket later.”

Unlimited Epic Pass

An exception to the foregoing limits, Overcoming epic owners will have unlimited access to the slides, as they are not limited to their ski days beyond any card-related day limits.

Epic Day Pass and Epic Pass owners do not need to book this year; they are not affected by capacity restrictions in the way that individual lift pass skiers can be present on certain days.

Note that many Epic Tickets also come with a “Snow with Friends” voucher, which you can share with friends and family for a discounted cable car ticket price.
