Kodak Black trespass case removed
Kodak Black’s New Year’s Eve trespass case has been announced.
“The case was dismissed yesterday, the State has agreed that this arrest and charge is not warranted. Quick legal discussion… a termination and unlisting letter is not is an infringement notice,” his attorney Bradford Cohen. “The termination and cancellation of the company registration is not communicated to an individual. A person invited to the house, by a tenant/lawful resident cannot be infringed by the landlord.”
Kodak was arrested on New Year’s Day for trespassing.
Sheriff Broward officers “contacted Bill Kapri” around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near the 1600 block of North West 10th Street in Golden Acres, Pompano Beach.
