The internet has been mining about 2019 after a recent ‘Variety’ interview with Khloé Kardashian. In particular, social media users have recalled Tristan Thompson’s 2019 cheating scandal involving Jordyn Woods. Khloé’s comments about positivity, media coverage, and descriptions of her life have sparked heated discussion. Part of Khloe’s response regarding “the most hurtful thing said” about her “has caused a stir.
“Also, I am very vulnerable and very transparent and I have had my relationships in the public eye. If your lover does something wrong that puts the woman to blame, it always really hurts for me,” Khloe said.
Khloé speaks out in public
More than a month before Hulu premieres “The Kardashians,” the family unit is dominating the headlines. Just this week, Kim K received a lot of praise and feedback for her advice to female entrepreneurs on work ethic and success.
Now, Khloe is facing a similar firestorm. This time, people noticed the difference between Khloe’s approach to Jordyn in 2019 and her recent comments on ‘Variety.’ In the same breath, Khloé refers to not understanding people’s reactions to the person after the end of the misbehavior.
“I never quite understood that instead of having some sympathy or like, ‘Well, it was really bad to have to go through that. “And not just go through it, but then go through it openly,” Khloé said. “I don’t even care if people sympathize or not. I just don’t understand why there are so many lines – as if it had to be me. It’s a heavy thing to carry.”
Reaction on social media
The reactions were as simple as, “so now she completely understands how Jordyn feels?” But other criticisms go deeper.
“But Jordyn Woods is somehow the exception,” tweeted MphoMoalamedi. “She only blamed Jordyn, then 19, for destroying her family and letting her sisters and other friends bully Jordyn but kept going back to Tristan who would cheat on her. anything with a pair of feet.”

History of Jordyn-Tristan-Khloé
You may recall Jordyn talking to Jada Pinkett Smith on ‘Red Table Talk’ to work out what went down between her and Tristan at his house party in February 2019. She admitted to having didn’t tell the whole truth from the start in an attempt to protect Khloé’s heart. However, she also denies that anything happened other than Tristan giving her a kiss.
“I know I’m not the reason that Tristan and Khloé aren’t together,” Jordyn said on the segment. “Now this situation might make it harder for her to want to be with him, and I understand that, but I know I’m not the reason.”
In response, Khloé criticized the then 21-year-old in a series of tweets that are still available. She blames Jordyn for splitting her family and suggests she should treat Tristan the same way.

Tristan is also to blame but Tristan is the father of my children. No matter what he does to me, I won’t do it to my daughter. He has addressed this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan lied publicly about what was conspiring, then yes, I would also tell him publicly.

Since this incident, the inseparable pair of friends Jordyn and Kylie have cut ties. Khloé addressed the situation publicly, but did not issue a direct apology to Jordyn. And Tristan continues to be caught up in cheating scandals. Just a few months ago, he issued a public apology to Khloé after having a baby with another woman while trying to rebuild their romantic relationship.
Khloé also told the publication that audiences can expect that situation to play out in their upcoming show. As of Friday night, neither Khloé, Jordyn nor Tristan had responded to their prevailing status.
