Kendall Jenner loves the saturated color trend with ease
If you are like me, your wardrobe mainly consists of different shades like black, gray, white and beige. Neutrals are neutrals because they go with everything, and what could go wrong with that? But after viewing the runway collections, drop their previously important palettes for vibrant, saturated colors—I’m looking at you, Valentino, The Row, Chanel and Prada — I’ve started rethink my strict no color policy. And apparently, I’m not alone.
On Saturday, Kendall Jenner, who is also known for her more muted wardrobe items, used lunch with friend Travis Bennett as an excuse to dress outside her comfort zone, opting to combine a top A marigold turtleneck from The Frankie Shop with a striking orange Bec knitting string + The bridge that she casually throws over her shoulder. For the bold duo, she wore Khaite mid-rise high-waisted jeans and simple brown ankle boots.
With runways and street-style crowds all backing the bold color trend, it won’t be long before the neutrals are in vogue. With that in mind, shop our favorite supersaturates ahead.
