Justin Bieber shows facial mobility after being paralyzed in 2022 (Video)

Justin Bieber is rocking a grin again! The singer shared an update on her facial mobility on Wednesday (March 15). Bieber looks around the frame while Tems’ Bang Tzu play in the background. note, “wait,” Justin shows movement in his eyebrows and eyes before magnifying his improved smile.

Last summer, Justin revealed his face was temporarily paralyzed after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Bieber has shared his health condition after fans complained online about the cancellation of the tour date. In a video posted to social media, Bieber said the disease, a serious virus, had affected the right side of his face causing him to have a half smile.

“As you can see, this eye doesn’t blink,” he said in June 2022. “I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril won’t move, so this side of me is completely numb. So for those of you who are frustrated by my cancellation of subsequent performances, it is clear that I am incapable of doing them. This is pretty serious as you can see. I wish this didn’t happen.”

Justin warned fans last year that it was only a matter of time before his face moved again. He mentioned that facial exercises were part of his recovery.

“It’s just a matter of time, and we don’t know how long it will last, but it will be fine. And I have hope, and I believe in God, and I believe it’s all for a reason,” Justin said in the 2022 video.

About three months later, in September, Justin decided to cancel the rest of his world tour to continue his recovery.

He made the news by saying:

“After resting and consulting with my doctors, family and teammates, I have traveled to Europe in an effort to continue my tour. I’ve done six live shows, but it really affects me. Last weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio, and I gave everything I had for the Brazilian people. After leaving that leg, I felt exhausted and I realized that I need to prioritize my health right now. So I’m taking a break from the tour for the time being. I’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and recover.”

In November, Justin took the stage again – this time, in memory of Takeoff at his funeral. Rapper Migos was shot dead in Houston that month after an argument outside a bowling alley.

While this is the first video we’ve ever seen of his face in action, Justin also shared a side view of his grin three days before posing for a picture with his wife, Hailey Bieber .

On February 7, the pop singer shared two selfies on Instagram – one alone and the other with friends in the car. In the scene alone, he leans over, catches fish in the pond, and smiles slightly. He has the same facial expression in the group photo.

After analyzing the photos, we should note that it seems that the right side of his smile is not as curved as the left side. This could mean Justin’s improved smile is a recent blessing!
