JPJ has announced the interruption of mySIKAP services from today to Sunday, April 7-9, from 6pm to 6am. It looks like downtime was scheduled, be it for maintenance or a system upgrade.
Listed services include JPJ (state branch and headquarters) counter service, corporate and public partner portal, integration with other agencies and business partners, e-wallet payments to apply for a vehicle entry permit (VEP), MyJPJ app, JPJ eBid license plate tender and JPJ kiosk.
Not too bad as it happens on weekends and not during the day, and also has advance warning. Sounds like a planned downtime. Those who have dealings with JPJ, take note.
