Jake Paul taunts Dana White for “guaranteeing” he won’t hit Anderson Silva
Jake Paul forced Dana White to make a profit when he announced he would fight Anderson Silva even though the UFC boss insisted he would never do it.
The YouTuber will be back next month to take on the former octagon champion.
Paul will meet Silva at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, Arizona on October 29 in his first test against a boxer with a record of winning. The 47-year-old boxer is considered one of the greatest MMA fighters in history and seems to have reborn boxing after leaving the UFC with a losing streak.
White and Paul have had an ongoing feud, in which the 25-year-old hit the UFC boss over boxer welfare issues like salary and healthcare. In return, White mocked Paul for his opponents including former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and wrestler Ben Askren, and insisted he would dodge Silva’s challenge.
Paul, in a Video announcements on social media on Wednesday, thanking White for fueling his fight.
“I usually have to do all the work, but this time Dana White, Conor McGregorDad’s, is driving the fight for me, thank you. “
He then introduced a clip praising Silva, emphasizing that he could be the greatest athlete in the history of combat sports because of his victories at the highest level of both MMA. and boxing.

White had previously ‘assured’ that Paul would not call Silva.
He said in a press conference a few months ago:
“Honestly, we need to start talking about this guy again as WORKER. [Greatest of All Time].
“It will be interesting to see what he does next and I assure you, you won’t see it. Jake Paul called Anderson Silva out. That I promise you because he’s his size and he’s really good, hey Jake, Anderson out. Jake? Jake? Jake? “
And finally, after taking down White for assuming he wouldn’t go head to head with Silva, Paul – who has resisted limited opposition so far, confronts fellow content creator AnEson Gib, which He moved him quickly before scoring another standout knockout against Nate Robinson – having agreed with his American colleague on his next opponent’s credentials.
After Nate Robinson, Ben Askren is next for Paul, whose last two outings have both faced another former UFC champion, Tyron Woodley, who he eliminated before knocking him out in the sixth round of the tournament. rematch last December.
He concluded:
“I generally disagree with Dana. But he’s right, Anderson Silva is literally the greatest MMA fighter of all time and one of the most versatile fighters in the history of combat sports.
“This fight should have been after Tommy Fury because I’ve never fought a fish and it was a much tougher fight.”
