Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia officially launched the all-electric model I-Pace today, arrived in Malaysia market with two variants, price from RM460,800 for LE black and RM498,800 for HSE, variation is shown in the images here.
Both variants have a dual-motor powertrain with 400 hp and 696 Nm of torque sent to all four wheels, allowing a 0-100 km/h time of 4.8 seconds and sprint 400 m (quarter mile) in 12.4 seconds.
The energy stored in the 90 kWh battery pack delivers a maximum range of 470 km during the WLTP test cycle, with 11 kW of AC charging via the integrated three-phase charger with the Type 2 charging cable providing a rate of 53 kilometers per hour (WLTP) a recharge rate equivalent to a full charge in 8.6 hours. DC charging up to 100 kW is possible via the CCS2 combo plug, providing a 125 km recharge in 15 minutes.
Standard equipment on both variants includes self-leveling LED headlights and daytime running lights with follow me home function, LED taillights and rear fog lights, heated and power-folding rearview mirrors with function. driver-side auto-dimming, flat door handles, soundproof windshield and rain-sensing wipers. The exterior kit for both variants features glossy black door panels and lower door panels.
Wheels for both variants are 20-inch ‘Style 5068’ alloy wheels, available in gloss black on the Black LE and glossy dark gray with contrasting diamond finishes on the HSE. Suspension is coil springs on passive dampers for the Black LE and electronically controlled air suspension on the HSE.
The dual-engine powertrain is complemented by All Surface Progress Control (ASPC), an open differential with brake-activated torque vectoring, Hill Start Assist, and Traction Start. low, with electronic stability control for active safety.
Driver assistance systems on the I-Pace include automatic emergency braking, cruise control with speed limiter, driver condition monitoring, traffic sign recognition with adaptive speed limiter, lane keep assist, rear view camera as well as front and rear parking assist sensors.
