Italy won the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy 2022, with the team of Enrico Tortoli, Giorgio Grasso and Tulio Pellegrinelli cementing their place in the top three fastest drivers in the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy 2022 (EVT) in the Veterans team. Vintage Class Team Trophy.
Celebrating enduro motorcycles from the early 1970s to the early 1990s, and bringing together old friends and competitors, the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy 2022 has concluded in Santiago Do Cacem, Portugal with the date Ultimate MX racing.
With the event’s heavy lifting for the first three days, the final day of competition in Santiago Do Cacem saw all competitors take to the track for the final MX races of the event.
Delivering the goods as they did during the 2022 EVT, Enrico Tortoli, Giorgio Grasso and Tulio Pellegrinelli all completed their respective races without incident or accident to claim the victory by a margin. Vintage Veterans Trophy Team competition overall.

“I really enjoyed racing here in Portugal, at the end of four days we got the win we were looking for. The big change we’ve made as a team from previous years is that we came here prepared in every way – we were really ready. Behind Team Italy, it was Team Germany that finished the event in second place in the Vintage Veterans Trophy Team competition – a position they had held from day two of the competition on.
With Uwe Weber, Johannes Steinel and Sven Roth all having very respectable times in the final day MX races, Team Germany secured their place ahead of Team Portugal as local favorites. teams – Paolo Fragoso, Antonio Silva and Filipe Guerra – overcame the Vintage Podium Veterans Team to present the team trophy.

Italian trio Maurizio Bettini, Luigi Mazzoni and Mario Graziani used the fourth and final day of competition at the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy 2022 to complete the Vintage Silver Vase Club Team campaigns at the start of the final MX races. as interim captain.
Taking three solid rides, MC Pantera 1 teams finished the event as Vintage Silver Vase Club winners, ahead of Xavier Soler, Ivan Gomez and David Carrion from Motoclub Cerdanya 1.
Rounding out the podium were MOTO Club Pantera riders Marco Ghilardi, Roberto Cancelli and Carlo Badii. At the end of four exciting but challenging days of racing, 11 Vintage Silver Vase Club teams managed to get three riders and their vintage bikes to the finish line.
Topping the Individual class at the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy 2022, American Fred Hoess ended his four-day race in Portugal with a very impressive final day record, establishing one of the fastest times of the day in the ultimate MX races. Adding to his third-day win, Hoess topped Individual against Giorgio Volpi, with Adriano Micozzi in third.
