The GFX 100 was praised for offering a 102-megapixel medium-format sensor and a host of state-of-the-art features in a package that costs less than $10,000, seriously challenging the medium-format model. The GFX 100S has taken it even further by keeping everything in the GFX 100 (including that impressive sensor), expecting a built-in grip, and nearly half the price, making the medium format a Possible alternative to full-frame for multiple users. This is without a doubt a very attractive option for landscape photographers. I won’t lie: I might take a look at my gear and consider selling it for a GFX kit once a week.
