A long list of speakers and panelists will take to the stage when the National Conference of Lawmakers from the Gaming States convenes Winter Meeting at Resorts World Las Vegas, 8-11. December.
Bill Miller, president and CEO of the American Game Association, will deliver keynotes on the morning of December 9, and Paul Steelman, architect and CEO of Steelman Partners , will be the featured speaker at the luncheon the same day.

The four-day winter meeting will also include six presentations by the NCLGS Committee, two joint sessions, Master classes in international gambling law, a preview of the 2023 gambling law, two receptions networking in the evenings and outings.

As the only gaming conference focused on legislative decision-makers, the NCLGS Winter Meeting will draw dozens of lawmakers from around the country among the more than 300 expected attendees. Other attendees will include regulators, operators, vendors, attorneys, lobbyists, media and other stakeholders to discuss all aspects of regulated gambling.
The Sports Betting Administrators Association, a project of the International Association of Racing Commissioners, will once again co-host with the NCLGS, meeting on December 8.
