The Albanian government is helping to unlock the growth of clean industry through:

These will help close the commercial gap for initial projects and put Australia on track to reach one gigawatt of electrolytic capacity by 2030 through two to three flagship projects.
• $38.2 million funding for the Guarantee of Origin program, which will certify renewable energy and track and verify emissions from clean energy products – especially hydrogen. This is critical funding to ensure Australia is seen as an attractive investment destination, to accelerate investment in Australia’s hydrogen industry and to support access to future markets for clean products. and reproduction has been verified.

This will be funnier than the government’s efforts to prevent European carousel fraud.

When you think about it, hydrogen fraud makes a lot of financial sense as a criminal money-maker.

There is no way green industries can make hydrogen affordable, which can challenge the cost of producing hydrogen from fossil fuels, so you need a certificate to prove that hydrogen is expensive. Your ridiculous money has the correct green origin.

But hydrogen is replaceable – no one can say after production whether the hydrogen comes from steam reformed fossil fuels or renewable electrolysis, or even thermochemical process powered by nuclear energy. It is possible that regulators could cast some doubt using isotope analysis, but it is likely that there will be enough natural variation for a reasonable denial.

My prediction – countries with high levels of corruption and lax law enforcement will become the global leaders in certified green hydrogen production, but they will get mad and start accusing racist when anyone asks to check their renewable energy hydrogen plants.

It follows taxpayers’ money spent on hydrogen production by Australia and the US as a complete waste of effort, because if the hydrogen market really grows, it will be dominated by hydrogen fraud.
