So there’s this boy in New Delsta. On the main street, next to the inn, a Rich Boy is basically going to keep taking your grapes and plums and not paying you. However, just giving him what he wants won’t end the side story of “The Bourgeois Boy” in Octopus Traveler 2. No, you need to get his father involved to put an end to this.
Okay, to start this quest you first need to go through Rich Boy’s ridiculous quest sequence for once. You will need to have Healing Grape and Inspiring Plum on hand. (You will only get 5 leaves for grapes and 24 leaves for plums.) Leave and go to Canalbrine’s church. The rich boy’s father was there complaining about him. He’ll be around here day and night, so anyone who can Charm, Befriend, Guide or Hire can bring him along. I asked Ochette to hire him in exchange for a quality piece of dried meat.
Take the rich boy’s father to New Delsta to talk to the rich boy. That would end “The Bourgeois Boy” Octopus Traveler 2 Side story for good and get you 9,000 cards and Sharp Nut (M).
