Honda Civic 2023 price and specifications

With the hybrid version on sale from December 1 and deliveries of the Type R starting in February, the 11th generation Honda’s motobike citizen scope will be completed soon.

The hatch-only lineup starts at $47,200 to drive for the VTi-LX model, rising to $55,000 to drive for the model. e:HEV LX hybrid and $72,600 drive away for CHEAP type.

Notably, the Type R has only seats for 4 people, while the rest have 5 seats.

powertrain

Each member of the Honda Civic 2023 lineup has a different powertrain.

The VTi-LX use one 1.5 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 131kW power at 6000 rpm and 240Nm torque between 1700 and 4500rpm. It is combined with a continuously variable transmission.

The e:HEV LX using a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, two electric motors, a lithium-ion battery and an e-CVT transmission. The total system output is 135kW (@5000-6000rpm) and 315Nm (@0-2000rpm).

The CHEAP type use one 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 235kW power at 6500 rpm and 420Nm torque between 2600 and 4000rpm. It’s mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

All Civics are front-wheel drive.

Type R requires 95 RON premium unleaded fuel, but other grades run on 91 RON.
