In the UK, autumn has been slow off the start line. We’re part-way through the month and experiencing frosty chills and sweltering sweats within the same day. Whether or not you work in fashion, it’s hard to dress for this confusing predicament. Whilst most of our winter wardrobe remains stowed away, what we’re really looking for at the moment are true transitional pieces that can see us through the changing temperatures. Luckily for us, one of our favourite high-street retailers, H&M, has today launched its new autumn collection, which spans hardy jackets and light cashmeres, catering to the ever fluctuating English climate.
Honing in on the season’s most hardworking pieces, the collection includes growing trends and established fan favourites. From cuddly teddy leather jackets, to floor-sweeping coats and chic turtlenecks, much of the collection is capsule-wardrobe worthy.
