HISA announces the membership of the knight advisory group


The Equestrian Integrity and Safety Authority announced on October 17 the members of their Riders Advisory Group, who were selected from over 250 applications received from race participants. practice cars around the country. Following HISA’s announcement of the establishment of the Advisory Group on August 29, HISA selected 19 members who collectively represent a variety of perspectives and experiences from across the US equestrian community. Included among them are trainers, owners and veterinarians, as well as representatives of the racing office, support staff, breeders and care initiatives. Members will serve terms of 1-2 years to prevent changes in the composition of the group and to maximize opportunities for industry-wide participation in the years to come.

Fred will serve as the Advisory Group’s Mining Racing Representative.

David Ingordo is a Thoroughbred racehorse owner and Bloodstock agent.

Frank Jones is vice president of both the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and the Kentucky Riders’ Protection and Benevolence Association. He is also a Thoroughbred racehorse owner and an avid horse hunter.

John Piehowicz is an equine veterinarian and founder of Cincinnati Equine. He will serve as the second Veterinarian Representative.
