Two belts are up for grabs in Rio de Janeiro for UFC 283. One belongs to the former champ, the other to a brand new belt holder.
Jamahal Hill and Glover Teixeira didn’t fight to a draw like the previous title contenders did at UFC 282, but they needed all five rounds. Hill went into deep water with Teixeira, and emerged with a light heavyweight belt and victory over the former champion.
Brandon Moreno no title rounds were needed, instead, a cut to Deivesion Figuereido caused by a malicious punch from Moreno caused the doctor to end the match. Moreno left the rivalry with two decisive wins and a 125-pound championship.
Also on the main card is winning the marquee by Burn Gilbert and Jessica Andradewho will compete for the title may be their victories in Brazil.
