As the only brother to some of the most famous sisters on the planet, Rob was featured heavily on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” until season seven, when he decided to leave the show for a while. Since then, Rob has only appeared in front of the camera a few times and has mostly kept his private life from his daughter Dream off camera. However, according to his sister Khloé, his time on his family’s show may not be over yet.
“I think Rob will come back to the show. He talks about it a lot. He does,” Khloé said on the July 13 episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians.” “But I personally know Rob’s been through a lot, but he’s truly the best dad I know, and I’m so proud of him for that. He just feels really good about himself. So I believe he’ll be back on the show soon.”
Rob retired from the limelight around 2012, continuing to fade away from fame as he struggled more and more with his ex Blac Chyna. Rob and Chyna started dating in early 2016. Their relationship became more and more famous and they got engaged after less than three months together. The couple welcomed daughter Dream in November 2016 but split in 2017 amid rumors of an affair. The public breakup took a turn for the worse and culminated with Chyna filing a lawsuit against the Kardashian family.
Currently, Rob is actively raising Dream with Chyna and the couple share custody of their daughter. Since “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” ended and “The Kardashians” started airing, Rob has only had a few small cameos on the show. Over the past few years, he has also undergone a complete physical transformation. After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2015, the reality star focused on a healthier lifestyle. Rob is said to have revamped his workouts in 2019 with his sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, and is now mostly focused on taking care of his daughter Dream and exercising. As mom Kris Jenner told iHeart Radio’s “Pretty Messed Up” podcast, Rob “loves” Dream, followed by “he’s a great dad and you never know — you have kids, we growing up, they have their own kids — and you don’t know what a parent is like but he’s just… oh.”
Rob’s Instagram account is currently run by Jenner Communications. The photos mainly feature Rob’s daughter and granddaughter along with posts in collaboration with his brand. Rob seems to be living a calm, focused life today – although we’ll see what happens if he returns to his family gig.
