Is there any challenge?
Applying the burnt almond liner proved to be the most challenging aspect of every TikTok trend I’ve tried. While it’s easy to light the almonds, I’ve found that this trick works best right after the top of the almond has been burned. The problem here is that when you light an almond, the tip of the almond remains hot for a few seconds, so running it over your eyes would be quite dangerous and extremely warm. Another challenge I faced was fixing a knot on a shirt. Although the knot looked nice at first, I had a hard time keeping the ropes from coming out and leaving me with a wrinkled shirt.
Are there any surprises?
I was amazed at how much I loved my makeup look after using the frozen beauty blender. Not only does my foundation look even, but the rest of my makeup looks much smoother, and I can more clearly see the color of my blush and highlighter.
How do you feel after that? What kind of changes do you notice?
The only change I noticed was that my skin started to react badly to the lubricant. After three days of using the product as a primer, my face started to break out on my forehead and right lower jawline.
What do you like about it?
I really love how my natural makeup starts to look after freezing my beauty blender. Although I definitely wear makeup, I feel like my face looks more natural and I can put things together much better than before.
What do you not like?
While I love how easy my smoky eyeliner looks, I’m not one to slather something hot over my eyelids a few times to get results. I was also disappointed that the lubricant didn’t help my makeup last longer. I didn’t expect to use lube all over my face in the first place, but I do hope that I will notice some difference in my makeup.
Will you try it again?
I definitely intend to continue using the frozen-beautify-blend smoothie trend, but I think I’ll stay away from the other three. While I really wish that the shirt tie hack worked, I ended up getting more annoyed with having to constantly fix my shirt.

For anyone looking for an easy way to apply makeup, I 100% recommend trying the frozen blender beauty tip. I recommend buying several beauty blenders at once and freezing them all at once so you don’t have to rush to put them in the freezer a few hours before a night out!
