Here’s how many Marriott Bonvoy points you’ll have to pay to score Super Bowl LVII tickets

Football fans know we’ve reached that point in the season where it just got easier to determine which NFL team still has a chance of making it to the final game: the Super Bowl.

The playoff teams are far from perfect and there are still four weeks to go before the official season kicks off. One thing we do know, however, is that Super Bowl LVII will take place on Sunday, February 12, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals.

We also know that, as usual, tickets to the Super Bowl will be extremely expensive and hard to find. These are perhaps the hardest tickets in sports, but it’s not impossible to get your hands on them. If you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member with a lot of points to accumulate, you have a great chance to score points on the ultimate sports trip.

The Marriott Bonvoy Moment Program just kicked off several Super Bowl experiences for members, providing unforgettable opportunities to enjoy the game in style.

It’s important to note that Bonvoy Moments is offered as a bundle or as an auction item. With plans available for redemption, you can pay the specified price in points. If you want one of the experiences to be auctioned, you must bid to win the bundle.

we count ten different types of Super Bowl LVII experiences on offer right now — it’s all auction. Each package will be up for auction until December 8, and the bidding has been fierce.

Check out the bid for a package that includes two stadium tickets, hotel accommodation, and a chance to attend the star-studded NFL Honors awards ceremony during Super Bowl week. NFL Honors are like the NFL’s Oscars. The bid went up to 1.3 million points (at 0.84 cents per point, according to Current valuation of TPG Bonvoy points, equivalent to $10,920).

By far the most popular packages are the NFL Suite ticket to the game and pre- or post-match field access along with a hotel stay. The top bid at the moment has surpassed 2.3 million points ($19,320, according to TPG’s valuation).

Don’t be surprised to see these bundles sell for a much higher final price than those already sky-high numbers. The Super Bowl is a high-profile event in which the majority of tickets go to the NFL’s advertising partners, which is why very few regular fans get to get their hands on tickets.

It’s also important to note that while it’s always good to try and get a solid return on your Bonvoy points, the Super Bowl experience almost certainly won’t offer exceptional value for each point spent — at least. especially not in a quantifiable way. It comes with a hefty price tag as it is a once-in-a-lifetime event that many sports fans — both die-hard fans and casual fans alike — dream of attending, whether whether their team participates or not.

Given how hard it is to buy your ticket, if you’re lucky enough to hoard enough Bonvoy points to score one of the Bonvoy Moments, the value and good return on investment could be worth throwing out the window.
