Gunna was denied bail for the third time

After a district attorney accused a co-defendant of offering to “hit someone” on his behalf, a judge denied the Gunna bond for the third time since his arrest in May in connection with the case. RICO project.

On Thursday, Gunna’s attorney strongly suggested that there was not “a single piece of evidence” that Gunna was involved in the case, but a judge appeared to disagree.

Judge Ural Glanville stated he was concerned about witness testimony, as reported by Billboard.

“I still have the same concerns that have not been alleviated,” the judge said.

Gunna’s attorney Steven Sadow said:

While we must respect the court’s decision, we know it is wrong,” Sadow said in a statement following the ruling. “Gunna is innocent of the charges against him and should not be in jail pending trial. The prosecution did not present any evidence to support or justify the denial of the bond. Keeping Gunna in custody is sketchy justice and fundamentally unfair.
