Mackenzie met a stray dog she named Steppy, who lived by the side of the road in Antigua, where stray dogs ran wild. The poor girl was underweight and barely hairless. Mackenzie brought her food and tried to win her trust, but the tired dog kept his distance from her.
A caring, dedicated woman who brings Steppy’s food every day. And soon, the stray dog didn’t have as much appetite as it indulged in Mackenzie. Steppy greets Mackenzie daily with tail wags and smiles. Steppy even lets Mackenzie hug and pet her pet! Mackenzie says in the video, “She loves to hear ‘I love you, Steppy girl. I love you, beauty.’”
The goal is to find Steppy a home, but Mackenzie is not allowed to have dogs where she lives. It broke her heart! Steppy will follow Mackenzie’s car as she drives away, which makes it much harder to leave her. It’s time to do something about it!
Armed with a plan, a cargo plane, and a mission, Mackenzie is determined to change Steppy’s life forever! It’s an amazing journey that you can’t miss!
