Gasoline price RON97 March 2023 updated one week – premium petrol price unchanged, still RM3.35/liter
It’s Wednesday again, which means it’s time for a weekly fuel price update in Malaysia. The Ministry of Finance has just announced the retail price of gasoline for the week of March 2-8, 2023.
The premium fuel type is RON 97 gasoline which continues to be kept at RM 3.35/liter, keeping the same price as with last weekand therefore unchanged as of the end of December 2022.
Likewise for gasoline RON 95 continues at the price ceiling price RM2.05 per liter as per Malaysian government regulation in February 2021. The same story goes for diesel prices, with B10 and B20 Euro 5 blends held at RM2.15 per liter and B7 Euro 5 blends higher. 20 sen at RM2.35/litre.
These rates will be in effect from midnight today until Wednesday, March 8, 2023, when the next fuel price update will be announced. This is the ninth edition of weekly fuel price format for this year and is the 216th in total since it was introduced in early 2019.
